Echo Lake is a new bar in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Williamsburg and will be open in the Fall of 2025. It is owned and operated by the famed Chicago bartender Paul McGee. The bar will specialize in rum-based cocktails and small bites. 

The design of the space looks to the natural beauty of the ocean’s flora and fauna as the aesthetic driver. The layout is anchored by defined experiences, whether you’re sitting in the main dining room’s curved banquette, against the fish tank, or in the back over-looking the restaurant, your experience will feel unique every time you visit.
