The task for this gorgeous 1910 craftsman home is a full-sweep remodel and refurbishment, bringing fresh life into the clients’ first residence with a focus on spaces that complement their creativity.
Upon moving from New York City to Los Angeles, the young family was also set on having an ample, accessible, and highly functional backyard. The home’s new design therefore optimizes the outdoor experience through a series of terraces that lead to a new pool. This strategy conscientiously interplays with the indoors flow and design schema, bringing a home to fruition that supports the relocation to California and its lifestyle.
